This is a building located in Port Island, Kobe, Japan.

ABOUT THIS SITE

Introducing a must-see photo gallery site for “TADAO ANDO” fans, showcasing exclusive interior photos of the JUN Port Island Building!

This building, located in Kobe’s Chuo Ward, Minatomachi 7-chome, was constructed in 1985 as the headquarters of the apparel brand “JUN.”

Designed by Tadao Ando Architect & Associates, it features a variety of functions including offices, stores, warehouses, and halls.

While previously housing the “FALKLAND” outlet shop under the JUN Group, it currently stands vacant.

Thanks to the generous cooperation of the building owner, we are now able to present a photo gallery showcasing the interior of the building.


 While some parts of the retail section may have been publicly accessible, detailed interior photos have been rarely seen outside of the magazines published at the time of completion.
